Tracey Wallace-Brown, the founder and owner of AAA Events has been helping in her community since she was a teenager. Her Family are long time residents of Erin, and she can always be seen helping to coordinate a youth event or supporting a local business with some marketing or advertising help. Our family’s mission is to raise and craft the highest quality artisan meats, meals, snacks and treats using clean ingredients and local products. Our farm is also a fresh butcher, food shoppe and cafe in Caledon, Ontario. We’ve been raising pasture-fed Black Angus beef here since 1975! Our animals are grass-fed and free to roam outside in the fresh air and graze on the pasture. We finish our cattle on hay, silage, and a small amount of grains, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics, so our beef is extremely tender with outstanding flavour.
