Clothing Order Form
As communicated during the Parent meeting earlier this summer, each player is expected to wear a Bauer style track suit to each game, and carry their jerseys in a travel bag to protect them from premature wear and tear. Please fill out this form to indicate what articles of gear you need. We hope to submit the order within the next week, so your prompt attention is appreciated.
