Team Info

  1. Example: [email protected] Your submission will be sent to this address.
  1. The teams ice budget will be the base budget hours + the extra practice hours requested above.

I understand that the team will be charged back for approx $200 x any hours used above the base budget.

There is no guarantee that it will be possible to schedule all requested extra hours, but that is the maximum number of extra hours that the team authorizes to be scheduled and charged back.

Based on teams sizes and rep fees, practice ice budgets covered by registration are:

    Novice - 15 players = 30 hrs
    Atom - 13 players = 21 hrs
    Atom AE - 15 players = 30 hrs
    PeeWee - 15 players = 25 hrs
    Bantam - 16 players = 30 hrs
    Midget - 17 players = 31 hrs
Practice Ice Budget
  1. Extra hours over budget will be charged back at $200 per hour?

  2. Sharing practice time is a way to increase times on the ice at a lower cost. A shared ice practice counts as half the time from your ice budget.
  3. Prefer longer practice times? Prefer not to practice the night before a game etc. Not all requests can be accommodated, but all will be considered!
September Ice Requests
Erin ice will be in Sept 10; The tri-county season will probably start around Sept 15th (Oct 4th for Midget). If teams would like ice time before Sept 10, please contact local arenas directly to book.
  1. Tournaments will be added to your schedule as soon as you have entered the travel permit request.  Note:  that even if the tournament appears in your schedule, it is not official until the OMHA travel permit has been received.

Games and practices will be scheduled around tournament plans.
