Photo Day, Calendar (Erin-Hillsburgh Minor Hockey Association)

This year High-Five Photography will again be capturing individual player photos.

When:

• November 4^th 9:00am to 1:00pm  - Please see the schedule chart below for your specific team’s slot
• There will also be a makeup day on Monday Nov 13^th between 6:30 – 8:30pm – there are no timeslots for the makeup day – please come when you can
• Coaches' photos will be taken individually and then combined to make a team photo. This means that you do NOT have to show up with your entire team. It’s highly recommended to follow the schedule and show up with as much of your group as possible at one time. Although we know there will be siblings showing up together, and other deviations from the schedule. This is perfectly fine, but know that the organizers may ask individuals to wait until after a team gets their individual photos done.
• U11LL – We’re aware of the tournament, looking forward to seeing up on makeup day on the 13^th  

Where:

• Centre 2000 Theatre (main doors and straight ahead)

What to wear/do:

• Players are to come in full uniform less skates and helmets.  They need their gloves and stick.
• Please wear your usual jersey – or Red if you have both.

What will I get:

• Each player will receive a single page 8” x 11” with both an individual picture and a team picture at no charge.
• Each player is also welcome to order additional packages. An order page is included with pricing. Ideally you will fill this out and bring it with you to photo day. They will have a debit/credit machine as well as a cash box for change available the day of. Any orders placed on this day are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas break for gifts.
• You may also order packages after receiving you single page print – although these orders are not guaranteed before Christmas and are subject to a $5 delivery fee.
• We will have an EHMHA merchandise table set up. Items like touques, water bottles etc will be available for purchase. Also practice jerseys in various sizes. Please bring cash, or be prepared to e-transfer to [email protected].

Food Drive:

U13B will be collecting non-perishables for East Wellington Community Services, they will be onsite collecting during photo day. Please bring items for our community if you can. They will also be accepting monetary donations for EWCS.
