Arena Procedures - we need your support!
Dear EHMHA Members,

With the challenges we are facing to keep things running during these times, we need everyone's support more than ever.

The screening process that we are required to follow is far from perfect, but it is essential if we are going to keep playing this great game.

Here is what is required prior to any on ice activities for the different arenas:

Erin and Hillsburgh:

1) The Town of Erin screening - please have your confirmation email ready to show to staff:

2) Sportsheadz App screening
Download the app and create an account, only players and bench staff are required to fill out the information while in Erin and Hillsburgh arenas.  Complete your attendance for the event and complete the Health Check for players & bench staff (parents make sure to select the player, not yourself when doing the Health Check)

Orangeville arenas:
Sportsheadz App screening for players, bench staff, AND PARENTS. (the coach of each team will need to ensure everyone associated with EHMHA entering the Orangeville arena has completed the screening prior to entering. The coach can request a volunteer to assist with this process).  Please review the Town of Orangeville procedures HERE.  You may also find this recent article from Orangeville Minor Hockey useful: READ MORE

Again, it is essential that we receive your full cooperation with the screening if we want to continue with hockey.

Please reach out with any questions.
