Our family’s mission is to raise and craft the highest quality artisan meats, meals, snacks and treats using clean ingredients and local products. Our farm is also a fresh butcher, food shoppe and cafe in Caledon, Ontario. We’ve been raising pasture-fed Black Angus beef here since 1975! Our animals are grass-fed and free to roam outside in the fresh air and graze on the pasture. We finish our cattle on hay, silage, and a small amount of grains, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics, so our beef is extremely tender with outstanding flavour.
