Update: There were not the numbers of eligible age players to have a minor midget as well as a midget BB team.
The Midget BB team will be selected in the spring - there will
not be a final tryout in the fall as was previously communicated
- Midget AAA has free movement, but those tryouts cannot be completed until after Aug 26th. Midget rosters will therefore not be finalized until after those tryouts are complete
- There will be 3 midget/minor midget sessions in spring as scheduled; a final tryout will be scheduled the first week of September.
- All players (including those planning to try out for AAA teams) are required to attend the spring tryouts to be able to participate in the fall tryout.
- Make the decision about viability of a minor midget team based on the numbers in spring
- We need at least 30 skaters (with at least 15 skaters minor midget eligible) in the spring to move ahead with plans for minor midget in the fall.
