Atom BB, Rep Hockey, 16/17, Rep (Erin-Hillsburgh Minor Hockey Association)

The Atom BB Devils and families decided it was the ideal time to give back to our community this Christmas.  The boys realize how lucky they are to play this great sport of hockey and that there are families and individuals in our community that need assistance.  In addition to selling 50/50 tickets with a portion of the proceeds being donated to East Wellington Community Services, each family also purchased and donated food for Christmas meals. It is fun to win games and tournaments, but far better and more important to give back.

Congratulations to our boys on their 2nd tournament win this season.  It was a hard fought and deserved win against a very strong Lambeth team.  The quality of the teams entered in this tournament was very high and a great challenge.  The boys have now started the year with 19 wins and one tie. Many thanks and congratulations also to the fantastic coaching staff, parents, grandparents and siblings who cheered them on!
