REP EVALUATIONS:
   ·Please review the Rep Player Evaluation Procedures

·Rep evaluations will be held starting on May 5th for U9-U18
·The Ontario Hockey Federation has mandated that associations must offer 4 prep skates prior to their evaluation skates.  As per the OHF rules, we are only permitted to open these clinics to EHMHA 2025-26 currently rostered players. These additional ice times will fall under the 2025-26 season and the cost of these sessions are in addition to the evaluation fees.  These prep skates are optional. ·While EHMHA welcomes players from outside of Erin & Hillsburgh, the total number of non-resident players selected on a team may be limited. This allows our local players to maintain primary access to team spots while still allowing for inclusivity and participation from players beyond our geographic area. Our goal is to maintain 80% Erin residents across our entire organization (including Local League and Initiation).

 

REP EVALUATION CARDS: 

·Click the Registration Link above, log into your Hockey Canada account and select the appropriate evaluation package based on your players age and only pay if your player intends to tryout for an Erin-Hillsburgh Rep team.

·Any participant wishing to try out for a Rep team must be registered online
·Anyone who has not been registered with OMHA/EHMHA in the past will be required to set up an account to register.
Please click the registration link above, click Login at the top right of the screen, and then select "Sign up" to create a new account. You will be required to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate as well as proof of address (drivers license or utility bill) in order to be eligible to register.

 

                           

 

If your player is offered a spot on one of these teams after they have attended evaluations, you will be provided a PRIVATE link to register for the season (valid for 24hrs. from time of offer).  Registration constitutes acceptance of offer on the team. Do NOT share the link.  Do NOT use for sibling registrations.  Do NOT register for Local League if you intend on playing with a Rep team once offered a spot. We are obligated to remove these registrations if they occur.  Please have your HCR login information with you at evaluations.

REP FEES:

· Rep fees are paid in 3 installments. If rep fees are not paid, players will not be rostered to the team and will not participate in any team activities.

· Team fees and rep jerseys/socks are not included in Rep fees and will be determined by each team separately
· Players selected for a rep team will be able to sample jersey sizes prior to ordering.
