Coach/Trainer Reimbursement 2024/25

EHMHA reimburses 100% of registration fees any coaching or trainer certifications courses taken by rostered team officials (coaches and trainers) including those on the at large roster.

Coach volunteers who are not the parent of a player on the team being coached and similar bench staff are able to expense up to $400 per season for associated travel costs(gas/hotel). Receipts are required. Please use the form below and select “other” for certification taken.

Reimbursement requests - with official receipts - are to be made by March 15th of the season in which they were taken.
