EHMHA is excited to offer a new off-ice development session focused on sports psychology, goal setting, and mid-season reflection.
Players will explore what kind of teammate they want to be, set individual goals, consider obstacles, and map out next steps for the second half of the season.
The session will be led by Naomi James, a Mental Performance Consultant who works with high-performance teams across Ontario.
It’s a great chance for athletes to reset, build confidence, and learn practical strategies they can use on and off the ice.
DATE: Monday, December 15th
LOCATION: Centre 2000 Shamrock Room
TIME:• 6:30–7:00 PM – Pizza
