Sports Psychology Session
The EHMHA is excited to offer a new opportunity for our players: an off-ice session focused on sports psychology, season reflection, prepping for evaluations and off-season development.

These sessions will take place in the Centre 2000 theatre on Monday March 24th:
U11 & U13 Local League Players: 5:30–6:30 PM
U15–U21 Local League Players: 7:00–8:00 PM

These sessions will be led by Naomi James, a Mental Performance Consultant who has worked with top sports teams across Ontario. This will be a great introduction to sports psychology, a chance to reflect on the season, and an opportunity for players to take away key strategies for evaluations and off-season improvement.

Please use the registration link to sign up so we know how many people to expect and can plan for snacks and drinks.  There is no charge for members to attend.

The sessions are open to all EHMHA players U11-21LL, registered in the current 2024/25 season.

REGISTER HERE: https://ehmha.ca/Forms/7247/

This initiative is offered on behalf of EHMHA, and we plan to continue providing these types of resources for our members.

Heatherlea Farm - Community Partner
Our family’s mission is to raise and craft the highest quality artisan meats, meals, snacks and treats using clean ingredients and local products. Our farm is also a fresh butcher, food shoppe and cafe in Caledon, Ontario. We’ve been raising pasture-fed Black Angus beef here since 1975! Our animals are grass-fed and free to roam outside in the fresh air and graze on the pasture. We finish our cattle on hay, silage, and a small amount of grains, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics, so our beef is extremely tender with outstanding flavour. We promise it to be the best tasting and most tender beef your family has ever had!
