AAA Permission to Skate (PTS) and Non-Resident Player Passports (NRP)
OMHA is expecting to share a release this week and a new PTS form will be made available early September. 

If you have made a request through our online form, we will reach out to you via email with an attached PTS form and/or a pick up location for NRP forms prior to tryouts.
