SportsHeadz Digital Health Checks
We have moved to a digital version of our Health Check to speed up our entry at arenas. You should have received an email inviting you to login to SportsHeadz, either online or there is an app available to download on your device.  




Please complete this health check for all team events - when arriving at the arena, coaches will be taking temps, but will no longer be screening players.  You will also need to complete the Town of Erin COVID screen for any practices/games at Erin arenas.  Further instructions on how to us the app and complete the check are available here: SportsHeadz Instructions
