PTS / NRP form requests
NRP form pickup: 10am – Sat Apr 15 – Erin 2000 |  7:00 pm – Tue Apr 18– Hillsburgh Arena |  Tue Apr 18 – Erin Centre 2000
Any players wishing to attend AAA or AA tryouts in the spring will require a tryout form.
AAA tryouts require a Permission to Skate (PTS)
AA tryouts require a Non Resident Passport (NRP)
Request using the Online PTS/NRP request form
PTS forms will be e-mailed directly before April 9th
NRP forms can be picked up Tue April 11th between 6:30pm and 7pm - Hillsburgh arena
