Update to U8/U9 Program
We have some good news for you regarding the U8/U9 group.

Even though rep hockey has been eliminated from U8/U9 as part of the Hockey Canada Long Term Player Development Model, there will be the option of playing on a Minor Development (MD) team.

Details are still being worked out and we will continue to update everyone as further information comes in.

Minor Development Teams will be formed based on ability and will play against other associations within the Tri County league. These teams are a level above Local League.  The season will begin with half ice games, and then they can progress to full ice.  We will still follow the player pathway program laid out by Hockey Canada. We are very excited about this news and hope you all feel the same!
